From now you can choose from new and various gifts from the improved and updated catalogue brought to you by My club.
If you are a customer of T-Mobile only
- Check the status, i.e. the My club points you have on your last invoice, by sending an SMS with the text TvojKlub to the number 070 142 566 or through the My T-Mobile portal.
- Select a gift from the My club Gift Catalogue;
After selecting the gift, the following manners of ordering your gifts are available to you:
1. Through the Call Centre of T-Mobile at 070 122
Call 070122 to order the product. In this case, you need to state the number of your invoice, the code of the selected gift and to which Telekom shop you want the gift delivered. Once the product has been delivered to the shop, we are going to send you an SMS message informing you to pick up the gift in the selected shop within 15 days.
2. Through the My T-Mobile portal
Visit https://my.t-mobile.mk/. If you still have not registered, please complete the quick process through few easy steps.
Select a gift according to the number of My club points you have from the My club tab.
Once the product has been delivered to the Telekom shop, we are going to send you an SMS message informing you to pick up the gift in the selected shop within 15 days.
3. In Telekom shops
From now all T-Mobile customers will have the opportunity to order their gift in all points of sales of Telekom. Then you need to state the number of your invoice, the code of the selected gift and to which Telekom shop you want the gift delivered; Once the product has been delivered to the shop, we are going to send you an SMS message informing you to pick up the gift in the selected shop within 15 days.
If you are both T-Mobile and T-Home customer (who already has a club card)
You can check the status, i.e. the number of My club points you have won by using the mobile telephony services, on your last T-Mobile invoice by sending an SMS with the text TvojKlub to the number 070 142 566 or through the My T-Mobile portal.
You can check the status, i.e. the number of My club points you have won by using the fixed telephony services, on your last bill from Makedonski Telekom.
- Select a more valuable gift from the My club Gift Catalogue with the points added from T-Home and T-Mobile.
- After selecting the gift, the following manners of ordering your gifts are available to you:

3. In Telekom shops
In this case, you need to state the number of your invoice, the number of My club card, the code of the selected gift and to which Telekom shop you want the gift delivered. Once the product has been delivered to the shop, we are going to send you an SMS message informing you to pick up the gift in the selected shop within 15 days.
Or, just like T-Home customers who already have a Club Card, there is no need to order the product. You can ask for and pick up the selected gift immediately in the shops of Telekom.
Notice: When ordering the gifts from the channels listed above, first the points acquired on your
T-Mobile bill are going to be deducted, while in case of directly picking up the gifts in the shops of Telekom first the points acquired on your bill from Makedonski Telekom are going to be deducted.
General Conditions
- T-Mobile customers who have acquired points to their name on multiple accounts, can use them added together when ordering gifts from the My club Gift Catalogue.
- The points cannot be exchanged for money.
- If a subscriber transfers his/her line to a company line, the points acquired as an individual subscriber will be lost.
- If a company subscriber transfers the line to an individual customer and if the company subscriber was not responsible for paying the bill, then all the points will remain to the company account. If the person was responsible for paying his/her own bill within the company, then all the points will be transferred to him/her, to the individual account.
- The products displayed in the catalogue may vary in colour or size.
- The products may change from month to month.
- The products displayed in the catalogue can be acquired by using points only.
- Only active T-Mobile users can make an order.
- T-Mobile reserves the right to change the rules at any time without any prior announcement.
