In order to properly use your mobile phone it is necessary to read the instructions from the manufacturer.

Connection to the network

After the SIM card is inserted, turn on the mobile phone. On the display there is a note to enter the PIN code (PIN – Personal Identification Number). The PIN should be entered and confirmed. T-Mobile is now displayed on the screen, and the mobile phone is ready for use.


Making a call

The call can be made by dialing the number we want to call and confirming by pressing on the key, usually marked with handset in green color, Yes or OK. After the call is made the key, usually marked with a handset in red color or NO, should be pressed. With it the call is disconnected.

Receiving a call

When your cellular phone is ringing, you can accept the call by pressing the key, usually marked with a handset in green color or Yes.



What is the procedure for unblocking of the SIM card?

The SIM card will be blocked if the wrong PIN number is entered three times in a row. If it happens, please call the contact center on 070 122, where after identifying the Password, you will receive the unblocking number – PUK (PIN – Unblocking Key) and instructions how to use it.



How to activate/deactivate additional services?

If you want to activate a new service or deactivate a service that you do not need anymore, you can do that by visiting one of our shops or by faxing your request with the following information: your phone number; name and surname; personal registry number and your password. If the contract is made with a legal entity then the statement, besides containing the above data, should be stamped with the stamp of the legal entity.



How to obtain information about the invoice?

If you want to obtain information on your invoice , just call the contact center on 070 122, where after password identification, you will receive the required information. You can also get information about the amount of your unpaid invoice, as well as the unbilled amount by simply sending a SMS to 142 566 with the text: BILL, or dial the number 6625.



How to proceed when the phone is lost?

If it happens that your mobile phone is stolen or lost, you should send a written statement containing the following information: your phone number; name and surname; personal registry number and your password. If the stolen or lost phone belongs to a private entity, the customer can call the Contact Center, and after the identification the number will be disconnected. The customer is obliged to renew the lost SIM card in the period of 15 days; otherwise the line will be suspended. If the contract is made with a legal entity then the statement, besides containing the above data, should be stamped with the stamp of the legal entity. According to the received statement our Customer service department will disconnect your phone by turning on the barring for incoming and outgoing calls. In such case, your monthly subscription is still active.



How to temporary disconnect your SIM Card?

If, due to some reasons, you want to temporarily stop using your mobile phone, you can do that personally, at the point of sale of T-Mobile where you have concluded the contract. Temporary disconnection is limited to a six months period. Within this period monthly subscription is not charged.



How to proceed if your phone is turned off due to unpaid invoice?

T-Mobile delivers monthly invoices to all subscribers. You can obtain information on your invoice or receive a copy of the invoice if you call 070 122. If you have not noticed that you have an amount due, your phone will probably be disconnected. In that case you should pay the amount due and fax (091 123 333) the receipt for the payment, and shortly your phone will be connected. Connection of the phone is charged according to the T-Mobile pricelist.



How to get more detailed information for everything you would like to know?

You can call 070 122 for any query you have and information you may need, available 24 hours a day. You can also obtain any information by visiting any point of sale of T-Mobile.



What is the number of the SMS service center (needed for sending SMS messages)?

Before sending your first message, you must enter the number of the SMS service centre into your mobile telephone. The SMS service center number is: +389 70 000 501
How and where this number should be entered, you can read in the manufacturer's instructions for your mobile phone.



Can you receive and send SMS messages even when abroad?

Yes, you can receive and send SMS messages even when abroad. Just connect to the network of the foreign mobile operator and start receiving and sending SMS messages.



What to do in case when you are in Macedonia and on the display of your mobile phone there is a network of a foreign operator?

In this case you need to manually choose the T-Mobile network in Macedonia. In the menu you need to find network and then the sub menu Network selection. Here you need to choose manual. After that you need to choose the network T-Mobile MK



How is the usage charged in case when you are using the network of another operator and you are in reach of the T-Mobile network?

Even though you are in reach of the T-Mobile Network you are using the services of another operator.You are charged the same as when you are using the T-Mobile services when abroad (according to the pricelist defined by T-Mobile).
