Activation of My Circle service:

via the IVR:

• Call the toll free number 070 122
• Choose 1, 2 or 3 to set your language
• Choose 1 for activation / deactivation of services
• Choose 1 for the My Circle service
• Follow the instruction of the IVR

via SMS:

• Send an SMS on 070 142 510 with the content: KRUG 389YYXXXXXX, where YY is the prefix of the number you want to enter
• For confirmation of the input number, send an SMS on 070 142 510 with the content: KRUG DA

Up to 4 numbers in My Circle
Depending whether you are Prepaid or Postpaid user, choose 3 or 4 numbers in My Circle, as follows:

If you are a Postpaid user choose four numbers:

• 4 numbers from the T-Mobile network (070/071/072) or
• 3 numbers from the T-Mobile network (070/071/072), and 1 number from the fixed network

If you are a Prepaid user choose three numbers:

• 3 numbers from the T-Mobile network (070/071/072) or
• 2 numbers from the T-Mobile network (070/071/072), and 1 number from the fixed network

Change of the numbers in My Circle
Step 1: If you wish to add a new number (from the 070/071/072 or the fixed network) send an SMS on 070 142 510 with the content: KRUG 389YYXXXXXX, with which you change one of the existing numbers.
Step 2: If you wish to change the first telephone number, send an SMS with the content: KRUG 1,
If you wish to change the second telephone number, send an SMS with content: KRUG 2 etc.
A change of number can be done once in 30 days.

To check the numbers you have in My Circle, send an SMS on 070 142 510 with content: KRUG STATUS and you will receive SMS with the required information.

• My Circle service is not available in Roaming
• The numbers you have chosen are with unlimited validity
• The price of one SMS during service activation, change of numbers or status check is 5,9 den. with VAT included.
• The call towards 070 122 for activation through IVR is free of charge, and the activation of the service via operators in the Contact Center is charged 3,54 den. with VAT included.
