• Off Peak time: from 20:00 h. to 08:00 h. (Mon - Sat, Sunday and national holidays)
• The charging interval for video calls is same as with conversations
• Call set up fee is 3,54 denars
• For prepaid numbers the prices outside the family circle are billed according the prepaid tariff they are using.
• The monthly prepaid voucher will be included in your monthly bill.

You can include 2 new members in your Relax Family circle. The prepaid members  will automatically get conversation time of 100, 150, 200 or 300 denars each month, depending on the amount that the carrier chose.
The chosen voucher will be added to the monthly bill.

If you like to include/exclude prepaid members you can easily do that in one of our stores, once a month.

Benefits for the prepaid members

With Relax Family  the prepaid members can now also talk with the entire family for only 0 den./min.  Beside that, they are keeping their own tariff and its benefits, and their favorite services Free talks in My circle and Free weekend talks.

Plus, after they spent the monthly credit, they can easily top up their prepaid account in the nearest store or using the “Top up from postpaid to prepaid” service.
