The 3G technology opens a new world of internet experience with unheard of speeds and a possibility to be closer to your friends while talking via a video call.
To be able to use 3G, you need to:
- Have a 3G supporting handset
- Be in a 3G network coverage (if you are located in a 3G network coverage you will have a 3G, H or UMTS sign on your screen)
- To register onto the 3G network (in the network menu, select dual network (3G or UMTS and GSM) when the phone is set for manual network search. If the phone has been set for automatic network selection, whenever you find yourself within a 3G network coverage, you will automatically register to the 3G network.
* Setting up your handset for dual mode/network, enables you to always register to 3G when you are in a 3G network coverage, i.e. to 2G when you enter a 3G network coverage.
If, during surfing, you move from a 3G network coverage into a 2G network coverage, you will continue surfing with a 2G speed.

In order to establish a video call, you need to:
- Have a 3G and video call supporting handset/device
- To be in a 3G network coverage (if you are located in a 3G network coverage you will have a 3G, H or UMTS sign on your screen)
- To register to the 3G network (in the network menu, select dual network (3G or UMTS and GSM) when the phone is set for manual network search. If the phone has been set for automatic network selection, whenever you find yourself within a 3G network coverage, you will automatically register to the 3G network.
- The friend you are calling should be a T-Mobile customer and fulfilling the same conditions (to have a 3G handset supporting video calls, to be in 3G network coverage and to be registered on the 3G network)
How do you make a video call?
- Select the contact you want to dial from your address book;
- Press the button for establishing a video call, or select this option from the “more” menu;.
- Press end, or the red button to end call
Video calls prices
Promotionally, realise video calls for fantastic prices. Prices for video calls are identical to voice calls, and share each moment as it is without any hesitation, only with a video call.
- Promotions for video call are valid for a limited period.
- The interval of charging for promotional price of video calls is identical as well as for the tariff model of the customer.
