Necessary documents for new postpaid subscribers

For residential subscribers:
 

For employed citizens:
 
  • М1/М2 employment forms or an employment certificate not older than 30 days
  • One valid document for personal identification (identity card or passport);
 

For retired citizens:
 
  • a pension check from the previous month amounting to 5 000 denars or more; and
  • One valid document for personal identification (identity card or passport);
   

For legal entities:
 
  • Extract from the current balance of the legal entity issued by the Central Register of the Republic of Macedonia, not older than 6 months;
  • Tax card;
  • Signatory card for the drawing bank account issued by an authorized person;
  • Solvency confirmation, issued by the depositary bank (Solvency report issued by the bank or a extract from the last month’s account. If needed, T-Mobile has the right to ask for credit worthiness or report on the standings balance and success balance confirmed by the Central Register)   

Necessary documents for legal entities without an active drawing bank account:

  • Request, signed by the authorized signatory of the legal entity or an employee authorized with a special written proxy certified by the legal entity;
  • Court registration (forms no. 1, 2 and 6 of the Court registration);
  • Tax card;
  • *Payment of a deposit as a guarantee for the regular payment of bills.

Necessary documents for unemployed persons:

  • Request signed by the subscriber;
  • Two documents for personal identification;
  • *Payment of a deposit as a guarantee for the regular payment of bills;

Necessary documents for the conclusion of a new postpaid contract with foreign citizens residing in Macedonia:

  • Request, signed by the subscriber;
  • Passport;
  • Residence permit for RM;
  • Work permit;
  • Employment confirmation issued by the organization / company on their Memo;
  • * Payment of a deposit as a guarantee for the regular payment of bills.

* When signing the standard subscriber contract, an annex to the subscriber contract for payment of a deposit as a guarantee for the regular payment of bills is also signed.

Legal entities are obliged to sign a subscriber contract and such an annex for each active line. The payment of the deposit is performed in T-Mobile shops.

The amount of the deposit depends on the needs, and is paid in the MKD counter value based on the middle exchange course of NBRM, of the following amounts:

  • 500 EUR for the use of roaming and international calls;
  • 200 EUR if no roaming or international calls are used.
