All you need for your holiday abroad, you can now freely search for on the Internet, for the price of only one cocktail*!

1.		Locate the best beach in the city with only few clicks via Google Maps!
2.		Take a photo of the most beautiful sunset, upload it immediately on Facebook and in five minutes it will have already had 50 likes from all your friends and dearest ones!
3.		You will never be surprised by clouds, rain or storms, you will know what type of weather to expect at every hour, and you will avoid the days with high UV radiation by browsing the weather forecast web sites from your beach bed.
4.		A tavern, pizza restaurant, bistro or beer house, find the place that suits you best simply via Google.
5.		Going on holiday is not a reason to forget your favourite team’s winnings and your favourite league’s results. Now with Travel & Surf go on the web pages for sports results and don’t miss a thing.

Packages and internet zones

Find the country you are travelling to, see the internet zone it belongs to and accordingly choose the internet package that suits you best!

Important! The Travel & Surf packages are valid only if are set on the network of the foreign mobile operators given in the chart.

Example:If you are in Greece, you have to set your phone on the mobile network of the Greek operator Cosmote in order to use a Travel & Surf internet package valid for the Internet zone 1 countries.

How can I activate

• Free of charge by call or text on 142 099 from Macedonia
• Free of charge via the Visual IVR on *140# when abroad

Free activation on 142 099 by call or text from Macedonia

If you want to activate Travel & Surf free of charge via call or text message, you can do that when still within the Macedonian borders, or while still at one of the Macedonian airports. The activation by call or text while abroad is charged per regular price.
When activating by calling, you have to follow the IVR, whereas by texting you have to write in the message the name of the country you are travelling to and the package you want to use.

Example:

Text activation – If you are travelling to Greece and want to activate the M (medium) package which includes 50 MB expiring after 7 days, you should write Greece M in the message.
Call activation – If you want to activate it by call, follow the IVR and first choose the internet zone which the country you are travelling belongs to (Internet zone 1 or Internet zone 2) and then choose the package you want to use (S, M, L)

Free activation when abroad on *140#

In case you are already abroad, you can also activate the Travel & Surf free of charge through – the new and innovative – Visual IVR. All you need to do is to dial *140# and choose the internet zone and package you want to use by entering and calling the ordinal number that is before your choice.
The activation through this channel is free of charge, both from Macedonia and abroad.

Important notice:

The internet package starts to be valid at the very moment you have activate it!

In order to use the whole chosen internet package, activate it before the travelling, while you are still in the country (free of charge via all channels: text, call or Visual IVR) or when abroad (free of charge via the Visual IVR).

Then, before you set your mobile phone on a foreign network you have to turn on the “data roaming” option and you are ready for laid-back surf from abroad!

Only with Travel & Surf have a total control over your internet costs when abroad!

In order to protect you from any unplanned internet costs while abroad, we introduced the following automatic system for blocking your internet access:

• You will not be allowed to access the internet if you try to connect by yourself, or your phone automatically transfers you on another operator’s network which is not part of the Travel & Surf partners. The operators and countries which this offer applies for are given in the part Travel & Surf packages and internet zones;
• For a greater control over the costs you will receive SMS report every time you have spent 80% and 100% of the internet traffic included in the chosen package;
• You will also receive SMS report 24 hours before the package expires;
• In case you have spent the internet traffic included in the package before it expires, you will not be able to go on the internet during the rest of the days while the package is valid unless you activate a new package. This mechanism has been made to protect you from unexpected internet costs after using the whole internet traffic of the package (e.g., if you have spent the internet traffic on the fifth day, and you have activated an internet package for 7 days, the following two days you will not be able to access the internet unless you activate some of the internet packages available for your internet zone);
• You can activate a new package only if you completely use the internet of the package, or after the expiry of the activated internet package (S package is valid for 3 days, M for 7 days and L for 10 days).

Advice:
For a clever use of each kilobyte of your internet package traffic, we recommend turning off the internet after using it on your smartphone.
