Information for the use of the T-Mobile -Diners Club card :

• The T-Mobile - Diners Club card (TM-DC) card is equally valid within the country or abroad. - You may use it at the sales establishments signed with a label of the Diners Club International.
• The TM-DC card is used without any calculations of additional taxes or commissions on the values that you are paying, except at the petrol stations and when you withdraw cash.
• At the petrol stations in Macedonia when you are tanking petrol an amount of 70 denars are added when the amount is till 2000 denars, and for amounts above this one, additional 150 denars are charged.
• One may withdraw a cash of maximum 15000 denars a month at all desks at the Tutunska Bank, with a charge of 5% commission.
• Inside the country you may withdraw maximum 250 EUR at the bankomats having the label of CIRRUS on them, with a commission of 6% for each successful transaction for the amounts from 150 till 150 EUR or 15 EUR for the amounts less then 150 EUR.
• Out of the country the maximum amount that you may withdraw from a bank, exchange office or a bankomat having the label of the Diners Club InInternational or the CIRRUS is 250 EUR a month, with the same commission valid inside Macedonia.
• In a case of three subsequent unsuccessful transactions or exceeding of the amount of the withdrawn amount of 250 EUR a month your card will be blocked for further use anywhere in the world.
• When you get a new card you receive your PIN-code, used for withdrawing of cash at bankomats. Please save the number and keep it separate from the card. If you loss the PIN-code, the issuing of a new one will cost 500 denars (this does not apply for the business cards).
• If you manage to regularly pay the bills with the TM-DC card you may purchase on installment payment at these sales establishments in the country that have signed agreements for installment payments with the Diners Club Internacinal MAK doo Skopje.
• If you plan expenditure outside Macedonia, especially for the expenses that exceed 1000 EUR, please announce your trip at the phone nr. (02) 311 4444.
• When the business card is used abroad the expenses made in foreign exchange are invoiced in denars.
• The business card does not have a PIN-code, meaning that it cannot be used to withdraw monies from the bankomat.

AUTHORIZATION OF EXPENDITURE:

• Each member has his/her own personal limit that is authorized to be expended thru payments with the card. At any time you may check your personal limit on the telephone: (02) 311 4444
• If it is necessary to pay a larger amount of money with the car, you must pay in the deference, that exceeds the allowed limit.
• With a regular payment of the bills the limit gets automatically increased, depending on the traffic and the age of your membership in the Diners Club.

BILLS/INVOICES:

• The bills/invoices are sent twice a month and they contain the due date, (payment term).
• The expenses commenced aboard, are expressed into the bill in the local exchange when done, and the indebting of the member is done in EUR according to the rate of the CITIBANK of LONDON (valid only for the private cards)
• The apyments of the foreign exbhange expenses is done at the desks of the NLB Tutunska banka in euros or in other convertible tender (valid only for the private cards)
• For the business cards, the expenses that were commenced abroad are expressed on the invoice in the original legal tender as made, but the indebting of the member is expressed in denars according to the exchange rate do the NLB Tutunska banka (valid only for the business cards)
• The denar expenses may be paid on the desks of the Tutunska Banka as well as thru the post.
• The date of record is the date of the arrival of the monies on the Diners Club's account: Diners Club Internacinal MAK doo Skopje (210-0445670001-47).
• If you have used the card and have not received any invoice till the 10th i.e. the 20th day in the month. Please re-check your account on telephone nr. (02) 311 4444 in order not to be late with your payments, therefore causing a blocking of your card.
• Any reclamation related to the invoices can be made within 8 /eight/ days from the receipt of the account/invoice.

UNPAID DEBTS:

• The non-payment of the invoices, within the indicated term pulls expenses for the warning amounting 150 denars.
• Also penal interest is being calculated for the period of delay.
• The height pf the interest is recorded to each account/invoice.

LOSING A CARD:

• If it happens that you lose you card, you MUST IMMEDIATELY inform us in order to proclaim it void and to prevent the misuse of the same.
• The new card will be issued after we receive your written statement

RECLAMATIONS:

• Keep your slips because only the original ones may be used if necessary to reclaim any of the expenses.
• For all allowances that you make in order to indebt your card thru internet, electronic means or a fax (for reservation of hotels, prepaying to magazines, etc.) it is necessary to show your copy of the authorization.

RENEWAL:

• Your card gets automatically renewed if you have paid all your accounts/invoices.
• Please take care about the expiry date of your card (it is in the right lower corner, for example 04/02 - the card expires on April 30th 2002).
• A renewed card may be taken from the Diners Club MAK premises only personally.

Business card

Users of Business cards can be all owners of employees of small, medium or the great companies or institutions as well as tradesmen or individuals to whom the company (the director or the owner) seeks and approves the issuing of business cards and at the same time guarantees the payment of the invoices.

All the expenses made with this card are paid thru the Diners Club account, and may be regarded as material expenses during the work.

• Photocopy of the passports of the persons for which the company seeks issuing of a business card;

• Analysis for the salary for the last month certified by the Revenue Department
